The relevant Government decisions (06.04.2021, №187 №188) organized the activities of the Pedagogical Institutes of Andijan and Bukhara State Universities.

According to the regulations (06.04.2021 №187№188), these universities will create a system of two qualifications (double majors and major+minor) for graduates, combining undergraduate programs, the curricula of which are close to each other.

It should be noted that such experience exists in Finland, where the school teaches students on the basis of real events, combining closely related subjects so that in the future students can apply the acquired knowledge and skills in life.

In addition, one of the main tasks of the new institutions is the use of international evaluation programs (PISA, TIMSS, RIRLS) and STEAM standards, the introduction of modern forms, methods, and technologies for teaching and evaluating the exact and natural sciences, as well as the training of teachers with this knowledge and skills.
