Classes of Pedagogical Institutes will be organized in some schools

The relevant government decisions (06.04.2021 No.187, No.188) organized the activities of the Pedagogical Institutes of Andijan and Bukhara State Universities.

It is noteworthy that in order to orient students in the profession in accordance with new decisions, “Literacy classes will be organized for students in 10 leading general education schools in Andijan and Bukhara regions: “Classes on reading and mathematics for students of 3rd and 4th grades”, “Classes on mathematics and science literacy” for students of grades 8–9, “Pedagogical classes” for students of grades 10–11, and corresponding changes are made to the educational process without affecting the educational process based on the suggestion of pedagogical institutes.

One of the main tasks of the new institutions is the use of international assessment programs (PISA, TIMSS, RIRLS) and STEAM standards, the introduction of modern forms, methods, and technologies for teaching and assessment of the exact and natural sciences, as well as the training of teachers with this knowledge and skills.

The Pedagogical Institute under Bukhara State University will organize an innovative cluster of preschool education, which includes the educational process and practice of undergraduate students under the Preschool Education program, advanced training courses for preschool teachers in the Bukhara region, and the Innovative Organization of Preschool Education.

The training process at these institutes will begin in the 2021/2022 school year.

Earlier, the Government adopted decisions on the creation of pedagogical institutes of Termez and Karshi State Universities (16.03.2021 №140, №141).
